What exactly does ReShoe do to my shoes?
We deep-clean the uppers, outsoles, and laces; remove surface stains and odors; and give the shoes a fresh visual tune-up. We don’t rebuild midsoles, re-glue soles, or repair structural damage—think “spa day,” not “surgery.”
How long does the process take?
Turnaround is 5–7 business days in our shop, plus shipping time each way. You’ll get tracking numbers for both inbound and return legs.
What does it cost?
A single refurbishment is $54. At checkout you’ll see a flat $7.95 inbound-shipping fee; return shipping is on us.
If you’re cleaning multiple pairs, you’ll enjoy a 15% multi-pair discount across your full order!
Multi-pair orders can be shipped to us in the same box.
Who pays for shipping?
You pay the inbound fee at checkout and use the prepaid label we email you. We cover insured return shipping after service is complete.
What types of shoes do you clean?
We clean all types of running shoes. Road shoes, trail shoes, gravel shoes, whatever! Just knock off the excess grit before shipping so that it doesn’t tear through the shipping box. We’ll take care of the rest.
What about my Jordans, Dress Shoes, etc.
At this time, our focus is running shoes. Stay tuned for further expansion in the future!
Can you make my shoes “like new”?
We can make them look and smell a lot better, but we can’t reverse midsole compression or worn-down tread. If the shoes are structurally spent, it’s time to replace them.
What if my shoes are too far gone?
If we inspect and decide they’re unsafe or beyond help, we’ll email you, ship them back free of charge, and refund the service fee (minus the inbound-shipping cost).
Is the cleaning process safe for technical fabrics?
Yes. We use gentle, sport-grade cleansers and air-drying—no harsh chemicals or high heat that could damage knit uppers or bonded seams.
Do you sanitize the shoes?
Every pair gets an antimicrobial rinse that kills odor-causing bacteria and fungi, then dries completely before packing.
How do I track my order?
Log in to your account or click the tracking links we email when your shoes (a) arrive at our shop and (b) head back to you.

What’s your refund policy?
Cancel anytime before your shoes reach our facility for a full refund. After service starts, refunds are only granted under our satisfaction guarantee (see Terms of Service).
